The Kairos Method

PR in 6 Months. Without Rebuilding Your Life Around Running.

The same coaching system that took Yaseen from a 24-minute 5K to the Olympic Marathon — now delivering 5K PRs in as little as 6 weeks, sub-3 marathon debuts, and 9:00-to-5:15 mile drops to runners with full-time jobs, packed schedules, and real lives.

Proof It Works

Real runners. Real results. Real lives.

Dental students. Entrepreneurs. Musicians. Body builders. None of them are trying to become professional runners. All of them got faster — without their lives falling apart.

Caroline Bartels

I was in dental school the whole time — schedule all over the place. [Run Plus Coaching] was great at adjusting around exams. I never felt like I was falling behind.

Brain fog and a busy schedule were holding me back. 3 months in, my mind is clearer, I have more energy than ever, and when 12-hour workdays come up, Yaseen changes the plan instantly.

Jacob Erfle

Took my 5K from 23:00 to 17:44 in 3 months. The goal was sub-19 — I beat it by 1:16. I didn’t realize that kind of jump was possible.

Thank you so much, I just wanted to say u brought me from 16:30 to 15:45 in three months…

Yousuf A.

I went from a 9-minute mile to 5:15 — training alone, with my full bandwidth back, without ever even thinking about running. Yaseen took care of it.

PR’d both my 800m and my 5K in 2 months. Two goals — sub-2:10 and sub-19:30 — both cleared at once. I’d been training on my own for years and never made jumps like this.

I got under 20 mins in the 5k even though I constantly had breaks in my training for guitar concerts and practice. Yaseen adjusted without concern even when I worried!

I hate cardio. Working with Yaseen was the first time someone factored in enjoyment so I wouldn’t skip runs after lifting and a long workday.

Zero junk mileage — every run had a purpose. I was getting faster without feeling completely worn down. [Run Plus Coaching] kept me healthy the whole time.

Brooks Oshea  ·  43:14 Marathon PR

I have a full-time job and a busy social life. [Run Plus Coaching] kept me consistent without making training feel overwhelming. I felt stronger and more confident.

Ernie McGee  ·  First Marathon at 25

I actually feel like I know what I’m doing now. The training is structured but still flexible when life gets busy.

Who This Works For

Built for serious runners with specific goals.

This is for runners who:

  • Are running 30+ miles per week and serious about improvement
  • Have a specific time goal in the next 12 months (sub-3, BQ, sub-1:30 half, etc.)
  • Have plateaued despite consistent training
  • Are willing to commit 6–10 hours per week to training
  • Want a methodology, not just a plan

This is not for runners who:

  • Still think they can figure it out on their own
  • Want a free template instead of a system
  • Aren't ready to invest seriously in their running
  • Are looking for their first race plan

Apply to work with us.

The application takes 5 minutes. We review every applicant. If you're a fit, we'll book you in for a strategy call where we diagnose what's holding you back, decide whether to bring you on, and match you with the right coaching path.

Next Cohort Starts May 4th

Apply for Coaching → We'll respond within 24 hours. Each cohort is capped at 15 athletes.
Common Questions

Things runners ask.

How is this different from a training plan I could buy?
Plans are templates. The Kairos Method is a complete coaching system: programming, mental performance, strength, race execution, all adjusted to you continuously over six months.
What if I'm injured or sick during the program?
The plan adjusts. We pause, modify, or restart sections based on what's actually happening with your body.
Do I need a specific race to apply?
A goal race in the next 6–12 months is ideal but not required. The most important thing is having a clear time or distance goal.
What's the time commitment?
6–10 hours per week of training, plus optional engagement with the community and group calls.
Who actually coaches me — Yaseen or the team?
Both paths exist. Every athlete gets 1:1 coaching with 24/7 access; the difference is whether your daily coach is from the Kairos team (with Yaseen leading monthly group calls and race week) or Yaseen himself (daily access, weekly 1:1 check-ins, race-day support). Each cohort is capped at 15 athletes total. We match you to the right path on the strategy call based on your goals, not on the order you applied.
Will you discuss pricing on the call?
Yes. Pricing comes up on the call once we've confirmed you're a fit. We don't drop numbers cold — coaching is a serious commitment on both ends, and the conversation has to come first.
What if it's not working for me?
We've structured the program so that doesn't happen — and we'll walk you through exactly how on the strategy call. Plans are continuously adjusted based on what's actually showing up in your training, so plateaus get addressed in real time, not at the end.
Is the community included?
Yes. Full Run Plus Community membership is included for the duration of your coaching program.
